Your old site is costing you customers. Let's fix that.
For a site that looks dated, struggles on a phone, or no longer matches the business you have become: a full rebuild on modern foundations that keeps the search rankings you have already earned.
People judge the site in about a second.
A site built in 2015 is the first thing a prospect sees, and it is handing work to competitors who took theirs more seriously. The damage is worst on a phone, which is now where most of your visitors are.
A fresh build, with everything Google likes left intact.
I work out what is already pulling its weight, redesign what is not, and rebuild the whole thing on modern foundations. Old addresses redirect cleanly, the content comes across, and the rankings hold.
What you get
The work is led by an audit, so the effort goes where the site is actually broken rather than where a portfolio would want it.

A phased rollout if the site is a large one
- 08

How it works
- 01
Audit
I run the current site through speed, search, and conversion checks, and we talk through what is worth keeping.
- 02
Design
Wireframes first, then the visual design, built for a phone and signed off before any code.
- 03
Build
Built on a clean modern stack, with a staging site so you can review every page as it lands.
- 04
Migrate
Old addresses redirect, the content moves over, and we go live with no downtime.
Questions
Will I lose my Google rankings?
No. Holding on to your search position is half the point of doing a redesign properly. Old addresses get redirected, structured data is rebuilt, and page titles and descriptions are checked against the audit. Rankings often improve, because Google favours a faster site that works on a phone.
Can you keep my existing content?
Yes. The content comes across by default. I can rewrite or restructure parts of it where that clearly helps, but nothing is thrown out without your sign-off.
How long does a redesign take?
Three to six weeks for most small business sites, depending on size and how much content has to move. Sites with hundreds of pages take longer, and I will scope that with you before we start.

Most projects begin with a short conversation. I will give you a straight answer on whether I am the right person for it, and roughly what it would cost.
